Anger has the power to control your thinking process unless you keep it in check. If you are angry with someone or something, it can become an obsession. Anger can make you restless.
Anger can keep you up at night. It can ruine your health and destroy your relationships. Anger can cost you your job.
Anger can become part of people's life, that's a way of life for some people. That's very bad. Take a moment to measure your anger and learn how to control your anger before it controls you.
