Anger is a universal emotion, everyone experiences. Sometimes we are the ones who are angry. Anger is a God-given emotion just like fear. Anger and fear are our friends if our

anger is toward injustice, then our fears protects us from harm. On the other hand, anger and fear can become our enemies if we turn them toward hurting others or running from issues that need to be resolved.

 How These Factors Trigger Your Anger 

  • Insults and abuses
Insults and abuses trigger anger. If you happened to be someone who insults or abuses people you will know how people react, flaming up, showing they are enraged with anger whenever you use rashy words on them.
  • Past experiences 
Self resentment is the worse that can happen to someone. This can lead to suicide. Because of past experiences, hurt you hate yourself and everything around you out of anger—apportioning blame on yourself especially because of past mistakes, self scorn.
  • Stress and depression
Stress and depressing situations can irritate and cause you emotional pain that you stay angry.
  • Arguments
Have you ever engaged yourself in an argument that at some point you want to fight your opponent? Some even go home feeling defeated of certain argument and in the process bully and hit their wife at a slight misunderstanding.
  • Physical combat or fight
This is as a result of misunderstanding, disagreement or argument, one engages in a fight with his opposing party all thanks to anger.
  • Challenging word
When someone physically attacks you that you can't do anything. Looking down on your person probably because of your body physique or they are proving bossy over you—they must have uttered provocative words to you.
  • Difficult times such as recession, economic crisis
Challenging situations, economic crisis can result one to be upset and exhibiting to extend this anger taking it personally. When the economy is hard, resulting to poverty, a hungry man becomes an angry man.
  • Emotional imbalance
When one is emotionally imbalance, traumatized, going through difficulties, heartbreak, relationship breakups.
  • Bad mood
Some people stays and create a bad mood without reason or cause of a slight situation or misfortune or due to a bad day.
  • Provocation
Slight provocation ignites or stirs up the anger in some people, especially those who find it difficult to tolerate others.
  • Exaggeration
When you exaggerate something to be enormous or someone makes you feel emasculated even when they don't actually intend. You see something differently and in a very terrible and excruciating way especially pessimists. They cease to see things right, they always perceive everything in a negative way or manner, every little thing becomes intense.
  • Perceptual imbalance
When you are always tensed with people's opinions. You seem not to see things in other people's angle or view. Probably your thinking is far behind what it should be. At times it seems you are mentally derailed, the way you handle issues. Your mind doesnt augur well with others at all times, you are going to be upset with the way the treat you less.
  • Frustration
This is one of the major factors that triggers anger. A situation where by you don't know what to do. It's beyond you, everything becomes irritating even self resentment is effect of it. Probably you couldn't change a difficult situation, you become upset and angry because you couldn't achieve something. Being weary of your failure.
  • Confusion
Confusion knows no big or small, everyone at some point in life becomes confused. Some find themselves in a dilemma and flame up at any slight opportunity to show their agitation.
  • Betrayal
When one is betrayed by someone who they are closely attached, never expected, it becomes unbearably unbelievable and they feel immense or in depth pain cause of the disappointment.
